The Abaqus interface in FEM Builder does not output hyperelastic materials unless the non-linear geometry check box has been selected. So, to get hyperelastic (or any non-linear material property for that matter) written to your Abaqus input file, select the non-linear geometry check box on the Write Abaqus dialog, as shown in the figure below.
