Both Hero and Chemics require a license. You can request a license by filling out the attached license request form. Both node-locked and license server types of licenses are supported. If you are using a license server, it must be a 64-bit windows computer. If you already have a 64-bit Reprise License Manager (RLM) license server running, you may use it.
Get License Server Information
From a Window's command prompt, type "ipconfig/all". This will display the host name and physical address that you will need for the license request form.
