In an effort to improve our user support, we are now using a cloud-based, customer support software product called FreshDesk to manage all of our customer support requests for FEM Builder, Hero, Chemics, and Case Builder. 


You can access the web site at se-software.freshdesk.com, where you can

  • submit a new support ticket
  • check ticket status
  • search the knowledge base
  • make a feature request
  • report a problem
  • create a user account


You will need to create a user account to access this site.
 Also, since this is a cloud-based help center, remember not to include any ITAR or proprietary information.  

 

You can also submit a ticket directly by sending an email to support@se-software.freshdesk.com.  


We are just getting our feet wet using this new process and are still working out some kinks, but we are ready to jump in and get started!


Admittedly, the knowledge base is a little scanty right now.  Our plan is to populate it with solutions to questions asked by our users. So, if you don't see what you're looking for, let us know and we can add content that will be valuable to you.
